About me

At 6:22am on 15th June 1988, I was born into my mother’s arms on the bed of the National University Hospital. This is me. I’m Juni. That’s J-U-N-I for you. Without the E please.

I spend my days out in the company of my friends like Lee, my ultimate best friend, and our friends. People used to say that we are a “one-for-one” deal. We were inseperable.

But time changes and we need to change with time. Though we are not as close as we used to be, we’re still the best of friends.

Ehem! That aside.

I blog for my own pleasure and to set memories to words. In the future, I would love to read back the silly things I rant about and laugh at myself. If you have some things to add on to my opinions, please feel free. But remember, these things are just my opinion. If you really don’t like it, just deal.

I am a person who thinks alot. Looking at things from many different angles, analysing and judging. That has got to be one of my bad points. It’s not good to judge right?

I love spontaneity and suprises. If you want to make me happy, just suprise me! I’d love you for it.

I can be crazy at times when I feel the need to let go of some pent up anger. I’d laugh out loud and don’t bother much about what others might say. I just need to let go.

I’m not a typical girly girl who wear dresses and tons of make up, sit properly in public. I can be described sometimes as one of the guys. Maybe, that’s why it’s hard for me to get romantically involved with someone. And no, I’m not a lesbian. I’m perfectly straight.

I like to go to Starbucks on my own just to hang out, chill and people watch. I’d love it even more if someone were to accompany me during the sessions. By the way, my favourite drink from Starbucks is Java Chip Frappe. I’m not a caffeine addict. I do not need coffee to wake me up. Just a simple “Good Morning” sms from someone I love will suffice.

I would love to learn how to play the drums one day. I’ve been air drumming for as long as I can remember but I have not taken up the challenge to actually play the drums.

Pursuing my diploma at Ngee Ann Polytechnic in the Multimedia and Animation field, I hope, REALLY hope, that I can find a job after my graduation in the field. Perhaps, a designer or illustrator. Anything! But I do hope to branch out to a more practical approach to my future. Events managment perhaps?

I want to be a photographer since I was a kid, but I never had the passion to be a professional photographer. But I still do love snapping pictures whenever I could. Like I said, I love to people watch.

I would love to find someone who could truly understand what I go through. How I think, and how I act that has an underlying meaning to it. Can you help me out?
